bluebovine submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts; in accordance with the laws of England.

Special offers that include free delivery are UK mainland only. Discount offers/vouchers do not cover any used items or other items which have already been discounted and are calculated before any shipping charges are added to your order.
Pricing
In the event of any goods being offered for sale at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to withdraw the items from sale, at any point prior to shipping. We will contact you if such a situation arises. We will also contact you should additional postages charges apply for any order.
Product Warranties
Goods for sale on www.bluebovine.com are new and supplied with the manufacturer's or our own full warranty unless otherwise stated.
Usually products are despatched 24 hours from receipt of order, subject to stock.
Acknowledgement of Order
We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail, or by telephone where an e-mail address is not available or if there are any queries with the order.
You must ensure that you type your e-mail address correctly, as the order confirmation e-mail is sent automatically and won't get to you if you make a spelling mistake.
Order Acceptance
Your order is not accepted until your credit/debit card is processed. The card will not be processed until the goods are shipped (usually within 24 hours).
Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt.
bluebovine reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.
Extra or Free items are subject to availablity.
All goods remain the property of bluebovine until paid for in full.
Order Cancellation You may cancel your purchase within the cancellation period without having to give any reason, and we will refund the full price of the item (and all VAT and delivery charges associated with that item) to the card or account you used to place your order. The cancellation period begins the day after you have received the item concerned and lasts for 7 working days. To cancel, you must notify us by e-mail (services@bluebovine.com). If you do cancel your purchase, you must return the unwanted item to us. Unless the item concerned is one we substituted for the item you ordered, you must return at your own expense. You must take reasonable care of the item until it is returned to us, and we may charge you for any damage if you do not.We may cancel your order for an item at any time before it is delivered to the delivery address if we have made a mistake in the price for that item quoted on this website and a reasonable person would have realised that we had made such a mistake - such as where the price quoted is unusually low and it is not clear from the accompanying message that this was intended. If we cancel your order, we will refund the full price of the item (and all VAT and delivery charges associated with that item) to the card or account you used to place your order, but we do not have any further liability for cancelling. In the event of a return or cancellation a refund will be paid on to your credit/debit card you have paid with. You have 14 days after receipt of your order to claim a refund. In the event you are returning an order we must receive the items in the same condition as they were when you received them. We will not issue a refund if you return used or damaged goods.The refund will be made within 2-3 working days after the cancellation or receipt of the returned items.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our site or service, please e-mail jack@bluebovine.com and we will attempt to remedy the situation. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five days and resolve them within a further seven days. Your Statutory Rights Are Not Affected

We may display prices in Euro's and other currencies on the website to aid overseas customers. Any prices shown in a foreign currency are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. bluebovine take payment in British Pounds (GBP) and the exchange rate used plus any additional fees are decided by your bank.
